After-sales
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped, with a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted, but you may refer to our Refund Policy for issues arising after delivery.
If any issues occur within 90 days, please send us a complete video clearly showing the problem. Once we have reviewed it, if it is confirmed to be a genuine manufacturing defect, we will provide a full refund. There is no need to return the product – no return shipping fees or storage charges are required. To be fair, we need to verify each case and reserve the right to refuse a refund in situations including:
- Misuse or accidental damage
- Cases that appear to be duplicate or fraudulent claims
